SynDX combines experimental testing, advanced modelling, process engineering and proprietary chemical-looping technology to support low-carbon hydrogen, syngas and synthetic-fuel projects. Our capabilities span milligram-scale materials screening through kilogram-scale reactor testing, process scale-up and technology licensing.

Technology Licensing
Access SynDX’s proprietary chemical-looping reactor and process technology for low-carbon hydrogen and syngas production. We work with licensees and project partners to evaluate applications, define integration requirements and support deployment within eSAF, e-methanol and other low-carbon chemical production pathways.

Materials Testing
Evaluate oxygen carriers from milligram to kilogram scale using thermogravimetric analysis, fixed-bed reactors and pilot-scale test facilities. Testing can assess oxygen capacity, reaction kinetics, conversion, selectivity, cyclic stability and mechanical durability.

OCM Development
Develop and optimise oxygen carriers using materials testing, performance benchmarking and machine-learning-assisted screening. Our approach identifies promising materials and operating conditions for chemical looping, CO₂ conversion, hydrogen production and syngas generation.

Digital Twins and Process Modelling
Develop digital twins and reactor models that connect material properties with process performance. These tools support cycle optimisation, scale-up, operating-strategy development and prediction of syngas composition under different operating conditions.

Engineering Projects Consultancy
Technical support covering process evaluation, reactor design, heat and mass balances, process-flow diagrams, equipment requirements and system integration.

Scale-Up and Feasibility Studies
Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility through scale-up planning, techno-economic analysis, demonstration design and deployment strategy.
