Our technology
SynDX’s patented chemical looping technology uses advanced oxygen carrier materials to separate chemical reactions into cyclic stages, enabling highly efficient production of low-carbon hydrogen and syngas without conventional energy-intensive separation processes.
Our reactor platform can operate in both Chemical Looping Water-Gas Shift (CL-WGS) mode (Figure (a)) for hydrogen production and Chemical Looping Reverse Water-Gas Shift (CL-RWGS) mode (Figure (b)) for CO₂ conversion into carbon monoxide and syngas for sustainable fuel or chemical synthesis. By overcoming conventional thermodynamic equilibrium limitations, the technology enables higher conversion efficiencies, lower emissions, and scalable pathways for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), e-fuels, and industrial decarbonisation.
